Our Story

ICT Solutions was founded in 2009 with a vision – to create a company designed to help businesses grow through technology. Our founders fostered a culture of supporting customers through an ongoing journey and building relationships where all stakeholders can flourish. We owe our success to our team of professionals, always eager to learn and grow to the next level.

We have come a long way since our inception. Now numbering over fifty heads and serving clients around Europe, our core ethos remains the same. We are not interested in quickly lining our pockets. Older and wiser, we make relationships work by planning for the long term. As a fast-growing company, we’re committed to finding talent who bring their ideas to the table.

Our Process

At ICT Solutions, we are all about scaling our workflows. At the end of the day, we are a collaborative team that turns vision into reality. Our process of recruiting new team members is transparent and broken down into the following eight steps.

We ask you to participate in a short online test.

We invite you to one or two face-to-face interviews.

We ask for and speak to your list of references.

You'll get an offer for the role that suits your profile.

We'll do a security clearance check before you join.
