We are now seeking to grow the Sales Team and are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Senior Technical Sales Executive.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute strategies and tactics for outbound lead generation.
  • Actively prospect and build a pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline on the company’s CRM system.
  • Demonstrate expertise in converting leads into revenues.
  • Understand our service offering, how we deliver services and why our services are important to our customers.
  • Understand the prospect’s needs, overcome objections, and tailor solutions for each prospect.
  • Effectively coordinate pre-sales activities with all relevant stakeholders to ultimately close the sale in a timely manner.
  • Develop and deliver professional proposals that match the prospect’s needs.
  • Be involved in the development and execution of marketing and product strategies, by keeping abreast of advancements in digital technology and sharing feedback internally.

What You’ll Need

  • At least 2 years of experience in selling complex IT solutions and services on the local market.
  • To hold a bachelor’s degree in technology or a related field.
  • Be a strong communicator with the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely in speaking and writing.
  • Have strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.
  • Be a team player with the ability to work well with colleagues and hold yourself accountable to goals.
  • Be highly driven by clear yearly goals and sales targets.
  • Be frank and honest with customers and internal teams and management.
  • To keep yourself well informed on the latest technology trends.
