We are now looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Sales Manager. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Sales Manager will be responsible to lead the sales team in achieving sales targets and high customer retention rates in line with business and sales plans.

What you’ll do:

  • You will be a Leader, a manager, a motivator, and a mentor to your team of sales and account management professionals.
  • You will be hungry – you and your team will relentlessly hunt down sales opportunities, and diligently follow up with them.
  • You will work closely with Chief Commercial Officer to develop our yearly sales plan and sales targets.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring your team hits their targets & KPIs consistently.
  • You will understand our sales metrics and make the key decisions needed to hit our sales targets.
  • You will support our Inside Sales and Customer Success team to maintain a high customer retention rate.
  • You will work hand in hand with the Strategic Marketing Manager to identify and execute marketing activities to generate leads.
  • You will aid with in the development and improvement of the company’s service offerings.
  • You will build strong customer and supplier relationships – and will be respected for your integrity, advice & professionalism.
  • You will not settle for good. You will push to improve both yourself and the company. You will take mediocrity as a personal attack.

Who you are:

  • You have a talent for challenger sales, team leading and have a proven track record in previous sales roles.
  • You are organised and have good interpersonal skills across all channels – face to face, over the phone, active listening and customer-care.
  • You are driven by targets and standing out from the crowd.
  • You appreciate the value of technology and like understanding how businesses work.
  • You are adaptable and excellent at prioritizing.
