We are looking to recruit a Team Leader to lead the Operations team in running the IT infrastructures of our clients.

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching the Operations team members
  • Developing a strong culture of operational standardization within the company
  • Providing direction to all team members in the execution of their operational duties
  • Implementing and constantly improving operational processes to ensure service excellence
  • Ensuring that all operational tasks are attended inline within the SLA
  • Setting up systems requirements required to support the operational processes
  • Keeping the team abreast with industry developments in the relative technological field

Candidate Requirements

The suitable candidate must be:

  • A degree level of education in Information Technology
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a must
  • Good leadership and communication abilities
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Pro-active and self-motivated
  • Meticulous, flexible with a can-do approach to work
