Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Team Leader to lead the Operations team in running the IT infrastructures of our clients.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Coaching the Operations team members
- Developing a strong culture of operational standardization within the company
- Providing direction to all team members in the execution of their operational duties
- Implementing and constantly improving operational processes to ensure service excellence
- Ensuring that all operational tasks are attended inline within the SLA
- Setting up systems requirements required to support the operational processes
- Keeping the team abreast with industry developments in the relative technological field
Candidate Requirements
The suitable candidate must be:
- A degree level of education in Information Technology
- Prior experience in a similar role is a must
- Good leadership and communication abilities
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Pro-active and self-motivated
- Meticulous, flexible with a can-do approach to work
