While the world continues to navigate the uncertainty of COVID-19, ICT Solutions remains committed to supporting our clients throughout the course of this pandemic and to provide continuity of service.
ICT Solutions is an ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 certified organisation. As part of these standards, we have a detailed business continuity plan that is updated regularly to ensure an adequate level of preparedness should an issue arise.
In particular, our Covid-19 Situation Team, led by top management, continues to update and implement our response plan to ensure that we can continue to service and support all of our clients, whilst keeping our employees safe.
Although our office have been made safe for work, and we have published a set of Safe Office Use Guidelines, we are still encouraging our employees to work from home unless required otherwise and would like to assure you that we are operating as normal. During this period we will continue to provide support and deliver services to our clients and will leverage all the technologies at our disposal in doing so. Our default mode of engagement will be remote, however we remain available for onsite support where absolutely necessary.
We will continue monitoring the situation regularly and operate within any guidelines or directives issued about the subject by the Local Health Authorities. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any further information or assistance.
