ICT Solutions is an ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 certified organisation. As part of these standards, we have a detailed business continuity plan that is updated regularly to ensure an adequate level of preparedness should an issue arise.
In particular, we set up a Covid-19 situation team a couple of weeks ago, led by top management, which was responsible for updating and implementing a response plan to ensure that we can continue to service and support all of our clients.
Since last Thursday 12th of March 2020, we have invoked a work-from-home policy and would like to assure you that we are operating as normal. During this period we will continue to provide support and deliver services to our clients and will leverage all the technologies at our disposal in doing so. Our default mode of engagement will be remote, however we remain available for onsite support where absolutely necessary.
