Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Team Leader to lead the Customer Support team in providing technical support to customers. The main responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching the Customer Support team members
  • Developing a strong customer relationship culture within the company
  • Providing direction to all team members in providing technical support
  • Implementing and constantly improving operational processes to ensure service excellence
  • Ensuring that all customers support requests are attended in line within the SLA
  • Liaising directly with clients to ensure smooth communication and settling of complaints 
  • Ensuring repeat business and maximizing on relationships to develop sales leads
  • Setting up systems requirements required to support the operational processes
  • Keeping abreast with industry developments in the relative technological field

Candidate Requirements

The person must be able to:

  • A degree level of education in Information Technology
  • Prior experience in a similar role, with direct exposure with customers, is a must
  • Good leadership and communication abilities
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Pro-active and self-motivated
  • Meticulous, flexible with a can-do approach to work
