We are now seeking to grow the Sales Team and are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Customer Success Executive . Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Customer Success Executive will be responsible for customer account retention and growth.
What you’ll do:
- You will build strong relationships with existing clients to promote retention & account growth. Your clients will respect your knowledge, professional attitude & integrity.
- You will understand the client’s industry, objectives, and goals with the aim to align and up-sell our service offerings to help them achieve success.
- You will ensure that KPI targets are met on a regular basis.
- You will manage and close, cross-sell and up-sell, with an eye for opportunity.
- You will organise and lead periodic client reviews and suveys, analysing data and formulating a plan of action.
- You will aid with the development and improvement of the service offerings by gathering feedback and representing the customer in all that we do.
- You will maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Who you are:
- You enjoy working with C-Level customers and internal audiences.
- You can work with minimum supervision, you know what you are doing, and you can close deals.
- You are organised and have good interpersonal skills including face to face, over the phone, active listening and customer-care.
- You appreciate the value of technology and like understanding how businesses work.
- You show an ability to multi-task and to adapt quickly to changes.
