The Role
Join our Software Projects Team and lead the way in AI-driven business transformation.
We are looking for an AI Solutions Analyst to help organisations unlock the full potential of Microsoft Copilot and the Power Platform. As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with customers to understand strategic business challenges and translate them into scalable AI-powered workflows, copilots, automations, and business applications.
This is a role for someone who combines strong business analysis expertise, hands-on solution design, and a strategic mindset, and who enjoys partnering with organisations to deliver meaningful transformation through AI.
What you’ll do
- Lead Copilot awareness, enablement, and adoption workshops for business and leadership teams.
- Identify and champion AI-driven productivity opportunities across workflows, communication, and business processes.
- Lead the translation of business requirements into AI-powered workflows, automations, and conversational copilots.
- Design, build, and guide the development of solutions using Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
- Oversee and contribute to solution development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor team members while supporting data preparation, analysis, and visualisation for AI and automation solutions.
- Develop and deliver training materials and hands-on Copilot and AI adoption sessions to business users and stakeholders.
- Provide expert guidance and operational support while identifying further opportunities for AI-driven optimisation.
What You’ll Need
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritise effectively, and work independently.
- Exposure to digital transformation or technology-driven initiatives.
- Confidence in facilitating workshops and delivering training, including to senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 productivity tools.
- Understanding of workflows, data structures, and solution lifecycle fundamentals.
- A strong interest in AI-driven transformation and modern workplace technologies.
