Sage Retail Point of Sale

Sage Evolution Retail Point of Sale (POS) brings together a fully integrated front office POS and back office software that meets the needs of SMME retailers for an end-to-end retail management solution. It has been designed for businesses with high retail volumes and multiple branch locations that require the flexibility of offline capabilities and branch retail independence.

Easy to use, fast and robust, it is fully and seamlessly integrated with Sage Evolution Accounting and has a centralised maintenance area which is controlled from head office.

The solution offers the ability to generate sales orders, invoices and credit notes all from a single simple interface depending on user rights or security profiles.

Definable schedules for synchronisation eliminate any need for your branches to remember to send and receive data. The information flowing between head office and branches includes new product, price changes with start dates as well as sales and associated transactions to update Evolution Accounting.

Sage Pastel Business Intelligence Centre is an add-on module that dynamically links to your Sage Pastel accounting data, taking your business beyond standard reporting functionality. Smart Correct

Smart Tax Return

Tax Reporting is one of the main reporting needs in an accounting package. The Maltese Vat Return is quite elaborate, specific and time consuming for our clients.

On demand, ICT Solutions has launched a module specifically designed to simplify the generation of the Vat Return Form. This module integrates seamlessly with Sage Evolution and issues the Tax Box Vat Report in the format required by the CIR Department in Malta, providing a detailed report for the figures generated. The module provides the facility to users to reprint Vat Return Reports for any past period at any point in time, while also allowing different box configurations, depending on the client’s requirements.

Smart Back to Back Orders

Smart Back-to-Back, facilitates further the process of purchase order transactions in Sage Evolution. The main objective of this application, is for generation of purchase orders directly from sales orders present within Sage Evolution. This eliminates the manual process of creating purchase orders in cases when purchases are parallel to sales. Different options available, allow clients to set specific options according to their requirements, making the application very flexible and efficient.

Smart SEPA Payments

What is SEPA?

Single Euro Payments Area is where individuals and businesses can make electronic payments in euro across SEPA member countries under the same basic conditions, rights and obligations, regardless of their location. SEPA provides a better banking service for the stakeholders involved by harmonising the integration of diverse existing national and cross-border euro payment systems.

Smart SEPA Payments

Smart SEPA Payment for Sage Evolution integrates with the Cashbook batches feature and allows you to manage SEPA payments by exporting a SEPA file which can be uploaded to your bank’s internet banking portal. The module supports the main local banks. The benefits that this module provides to your business are:

Smart Time

Smart Time is a web-based timesheet entry module for Sage Evolution ideal for billing customers periodically on a time basis. This module integrates seamlessly with the core accounting modules in Sage Evolution and the Job Costing module to monitor the progress of jobs and allows for periodic billing. Timesheet entries can trigger either a chargeable entry, or a non-chargeable entry and can be mapped against clients and jobs.

With Smart Time, users can quickly and easily capture detailed timesheets, whether in the office or on the road. Timesheet approval can be setup over a number of levels allowing managers to authorise or reject a timesheet, depending on the business requirements.

Smart Currencies

Foreign currency exchange rates are a major concern for those business that purchase and/or sell items to foreign countries with different currency. Smart Currencies helps users to import foreign currency exchange rates from the European Union Central Bank website. Rates can be imported from file or simple update of the current exchange rate for all the foreign currencies present in Sage Evolution.

Smart Finance Charges

Smart Finance Charges is a module for Sage Evolution which generates an output file which can be uploaded to the HSBC Malta Sales Invoice Finance online system. Smart Finance Charges exports a file listing all the invoice and credit note documents in a format accepted by HSBC Malta. This file can be sent electronically to the bank via an online system. The main features on this module include:
